Want to Volunteer at Sequoia?
We are now welcoming parent volunteers back to campus! If you have not previously signed up as a volunteer, you can register at the Jamboree!

DO NOT FORGET to bring all completed forms AND required proof of ID (Driver’s License) to your screening.
- Tuberculosis (TB) Risk Assessment Form
- Request for Livescan Service Application Form
- MDUSD Volunteer Request (Registration) Form
You will also need to submit a copy of your COVID Vaccination Card to the school office.
